- I map processes and risks, starting with those that affect the financial statements.
- I design or revise procedures and internal controls, with clear responsibilities.
- I support boards and supervisory bodies in their periodic reviews.

How we work
We start with interviews with key people and a review of existing documents. The result is a list of priorities: what to fix now and what to plan.
