Data processed

The data you send through the contact or speaker request form: name, email, company, subject, event date and message.

For the newsletter, once active, your email address only.

Like any website, the server records IP address, date and requested page in its technical logs, for security and proper operation. The IP address is also used, for no more than one hour, to limit the number of form submissions. Visit statistics, once active, are anonymous and aggregated.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your requests: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). After you submit, you receive an automatic email confirming receipt.

Sending the newsletter: consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the link in every email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

The website hosting and email provider, acting as data processor.

For the newsletter, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, European Union).

Data sent through the form is not disclosed and stays in the European Union. If you choose to book a call, the calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. (United States), which processes the data you enter under its own policy.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and then for no longer than 24 months.

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@giacomogreci.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
