I carry out statutory audits of financial statements and review the accounts of companies that are being bought, financed or valued.

Who it is for
Companies required to have a statutory audit, or that choose one. Buyers and new shareholders who want to know what is really in the accounts. Boards and statutory auditors who need an independent reading.
How we work
An audit starts with understanding the business and assessing risk; testing is then planned during the year and at year end. For due diligence we agree the scope, the documents to review and the report date at the outset.

Statutory auditor, Register of Statutory Auditors (no. 171840). Member of the UNGDCEC national committee on Financial Statements, Accounting Standards and Audit. Speaker on audit sampling (ISA Italia 530) for the Order of Chartered Accountants of Mantua.
